Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or style preference.

Please double-check sizing charts, product descriptions, and mockups before ordering, as all sales are final for non-defective items.
2. Quality Issues and Defects

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error (e.g., poor quality printing, wrong item shipped), we're here to help!

If approved, we'll issue a free replacement (shipped directly to you) or a full refund to your original payment method—whichever you prefer.

Covered Issues: Manufacturing defects, damage during shipping, or incorrect items. Color variations within industry tolerances (due to printing processes) are not considered defects.

No Physical Return Required: In most cases, photos are sufficient for approval. If a return is exceptionally needed, we'll provide instructions, but this is rare.
3. Refund Process

Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days and will appear on your statement in 5-10 additional days, depending on your payment provider.

Refund Amount: Full purchase price, including original shipping (if applicable). We do not refund return shipping costs, as physical returns are not typically required.
