This allows us to offer unique, personalized items but means we have limited options for returns and exchanges. We strive for 100% satisfaction and back our products with a quality guarantee. 1. No Returns for Change of Mind

  • Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or style preference.

  • Please double-check sizing charts, product descriptions, and mockups before ordering, as all sales are final for non-defective items.

2. Quality Issues and Defects

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error (e.g., poor quality printing, wrong item shipped), we're here to help!

  • Eligibility: Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • How to Submit a Claim:

    1. Contact us at getitrightapparel@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.

    2. We'll review your claim within 3-5 business days and work with our production partners to validate it.

    3. If approved, we'll issue a free replacement (shipped directly to you) or a full refund to your original payment method—whichever you prefer.

  • Covered Issues: Manufacturing defects, damage during shipping, or incorrect items. Color variations within industry tolerances (due to printing processes) are not considered defects.

  • No Physical Return Required: In most cases, photos are sufficient for approval. If a return is exceptionally needed, we'll provide instructions, but this is rare.

3. Refund Process

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days and will appear on your statement in 5-10 additional days, depending on your payment provider.

  • Refund Amount: Full purchase price, including original shipping (if applicable). We do not refund return shipping costs, as physical returns are not typically required.

  • Store Credit Option: At your request, we can issue store credit instead, valid for 12 months.

  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled for a full refund if production hasn't started (usually within 1-2 hours of purchase). Contact us immediately.

4. Shipping and Lost Orders

  • If your order is lost in transit or returned to sender (e.g., incorrect address provided), contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We'll investigate and issue a replacement or refund as needed. You may need to place a new order while we resolve.

5. International Orders

  • The same policies apply, but please note potential customs fees or delays are the customer's responsibility.

  • Refunds are in the original currency.
